So how was your Monday? Or maybe you work shifts and you’re just heading out of the house? (If you are, I hope your night goes well).

Or maybe you’re a jobseeker right now, with all the stresses and worries that can bring.
Whatever the position you’re in, here’s something that can help you.
KEEP FLEXIBLE, STAY CREATIVE
There’s no such thing as job security. That’s the reality we have to deal with.
What we can have, though, is the security created by our own attitudes: creativity, flexibility and above all by our indomitable spirit. That means the spirit that doesn’t give up, that persists and finds a way through. Taekwondo teaches that spirit to all its students. We can know that we will overcome whatever the set of circumstances it is that we are facing.
That’s certainly something I’ve had to learn about and learn to find in myself. Now I believe I can use the difficult experiences I have had to inspire others.
How I kept going in tough times
Now I’m going to be very honest here : there have been times when I thought I wasn’t going to survive. A bill has come in, and I’ve thought: there is no way I’m going to pay this bill. Simple as that.
Back in the days when I got bills like that falling through the letterbox, bills that seemed at first as if there was going to be no possible way to pay them, I learned to take those difficult situations one step at a time. Don’t open the bill before breakfast then find that you can’t eat breakfast because of stress. Eat first, take in the energy you need to cope with the situation, then you’re ready to deal with it.
You’ll need to find a way: work a bit harder, get another job… but you can show the will to carry on against seemingly undefeatable odds..
