In every aspect of life is the opportunity to learn. Even buying a burger!
So I based my business model on something as ordinary and everyday as McDonald’s, the burger chain.
The product is clear, everyone plays a part. Its a team.
Everyone starts off with the same basic training.
Everyone starts at the bottom and is told they can rise.
Stay open to life and experience. Always keep listening.
McDonald’s shops compete with each other, just as our classes compete with each other. Classes in Panther get rewarded for being the best class, and this competition fuels friendly rivalry, raises more money for teachers and raises standards.
We aim to create the same structure that a busy fast food joint has, with everyone focussed on the job in hand and knowing exactly what they have to do. That way, the product emerges consistently.
This captures my approach to life. There are lessons everywhere, so look for them! Each person I meet might have something to teach me. When you think you know it all, you close down. You stop listening. You shut yourself off from the opportunity learn – and at the end of the day, if you do that, you’ll be a smaller person.
Aim to be as big as you can be – that’s the way to reach your goals and kickstart your life.
